These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DustPix, including our website, accounts, subscriptions, credits, generated outputs, and related services. By accessing or using DustPix, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

Service Availability

DustPix is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Plans, Payments, and Credits

DustPix may offer free plans, recurring subscriptions, one-time purchases, and prepaid credit packages.

• paid purchases are processed through third-party payment providers
• credits may expire, refresh, or be limited according to the plan or package details shown at purchase time
• failed, reversed, disputed, or fraudulent payments may result in the suspension of credits, subscriptions, or account access

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by us in writing, fees are non-refundable.

Acceptable Use

You may not use DustPix to:

• violate any applicable law or regulation
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights
• submit false, deceptive, or fraudulent information
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or networks
• interfere with the security, reliability, or normal operation of the service
• distribute malware, abusive automation, or harmful code
• abuse promotions, referrals, credits, chargebacks, or payment systems

AI Content and User Responsibility

You are responsible for the prompts, images, reference assets, and other materials you submit to DustPix, as well as for how you use any generated outputs.

By using DustPix, you represent and warrant that:

• you have the necessary rights and permissions for any content you upload
• you will not submit content that violates law or third-party rights
• you will review generated outputs before publishing, distributing, or relying on them
• you understand that AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unavailable for a particular use case

Content Safety Policy

You may not use DustPix to generate, upload, share, request, or distribute:

• sexually explicit or pornographic content
• content involving minors in sexualized, exploitative, or suggestive contexts
• graphic violence, gore, or content intended to shock or harm others
• hateful, harassing, or abusive content
• illegal content or content intended to facilitate illegal activity
• content that violates the rights of others, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or report conduct to relevant parties where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, the public, or DustPix.

Intellectual Property

DustPix and all related branding, software, site content, design, and service materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use DustPix for its intended purposes.

User Content License

You retain rights in the content you submit, subject to any rights needed for us to operate the service. By submitting content to DustPix, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, transmit, and process that content solely as necessary to provide, secure, improve, and support DustPix and to comply with law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to DustPix at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users or the service, engaged in fraud or abuse, or if continued service is no longer commercially or legally feasible.

You may stop using DustPix at any time.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DustPix disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DustPix and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date above.
